Cancellation Policy

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please reply to the confirmation email you receive after booking.

Cancellation Fees
  • Up to 11 days before: 0% (full refund)
  • Up to 8 days before: 20%
  • Up to 2 days before: 30%
  • Day before: 40%
  • Until the reservation time on the day: 50%
  • After the reservation time on the day: 100% (no refund)

Notes

  • Reception will start in front of the pier 30 minutes before departure. Reception will close 5 minutes before departure. If you arrive after reception closes, you will not be able to board.
  • Arrival times may be delayed due to weather conditions.
  • Pets are not allowed on board.
  • You may be asked to fold your stroller when boarding.
  • Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • For wheelchair users, please contact us via the form at the bottom of this page before making a reservation to confirm if a wheelchair-accessible space is available.
  • If you do not arrive at the reception area by the closing time, your reservation will be considered canceled. In this case, no refund will be given.
  • If the cruise is canceled due to bad weather or our circumstances, we will refund the full amount.
