Staff will be waiting 30 minutes before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please reply to the confirmation email you receive after booking.

Cancellation Fees
  • Cancellation up to 11 days before: 0% (full refund)
  • Cancellation up to 8 days before: 20%
  • Cancellation up to 2 days before: 30%
  • Cancellation the day before: 40%
  • Cancellation by the reserved time on the day: 50%
  • Cancellation after the reserved time on the day: 100% (no refund)

Notes

  • Reception will start at the pier 30 minutes before departure. Reception will close 5 minutes before departure. If you arrive after reception closes, you will not be able to board.
  • Arrival times may be delayed due to weather conditions.
  • Pets are not allowed on board.
  • You may be asked to fold your stroller when boarding.
  • Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • For wheelchair users, please inquire using the form at the bottom of this page before making a reservation, as there is limited space available.
  • If you do not arrive at the reception desk by the closing time, your reservation will be considered canceled. In this case, no refund will be given.
  • If the cruise is canceled due to bad weather or our circumstances, a full refund will be given.
